So welcome to our program, my first question is what kind of models, or motor cars have we brought to Beijing Auto Show?
乔治 罗兰士先生,欢迎您的到来。首先我想请问您,这次北京车展,劳斯莱斯都给我们带来了哪几款车型?
嘉宾:
We displayed for the first time in China,the Phantom Asia, the Phantom Coupe, here all Phantom models in China. We will also show the Phantom Limouse and Phantom drophead models.
这次我们一共带来了三款车型,第一款是在中国乃至亚洲地区首发的幻影双门轿跑车;第二款是幻影加长版;第三款是幻影的软顶敞篷车。

So I believe as the most luxurious auto brands, it is the dream of many people. So we’d like to know the position of the Chinese market in the overall markets of Rolls-Royce?
作为全球最豪华的汽车,劳斯莱斯一向是很多人梦寐以求的,所以我们想知道一下,中国在劳斯莱斯的整个市场中占有什么样的位置?
嘉宾:
In pacific, China is a large market, worldwide, it’s NO.3; In the world, it’s also a fast growing market.
在亚太地区,中国是一个很大的市场。在世界上排名第三。在全世界范围内,中国也是一个发展很迅速的市场。

So believed that the quality of Rolls-Royce is very high, because everything is hand-made, but its plants are in UK. So it is a little far from China. So what kind of aftersell service can it provide for China?
劳斯莱斯一向都是用手工打造的,质量是非常好的,但是距离中国还是有一段距离的,因为场地不在中国,但是我们想知道,在中国我们的售后服务体系采取什么样的方式?
嘉宾:
We have a number of aftersell stores in China. We have our dealers in China to promise a good quality service to our customers. We have a good qualified staff and intensive training programs. We organize the live training for our dealers, we also have the regional training and global training. We take the specific technicians to UK for training.
售后服务我们确实是非常强调,在中国几位经销商那儿都是保证在技术上必须要合格、有专业的技术人员。另外,还进行很多的技术培训,有帮助他们在现场的技术培训,我自己也经常搞现场的技术培训。另外还有地区的培训,甚至还搞全球培训,把专门的技术人员送到我们的工厂中进行学习、培训。

Yes. We know that Rolls-Royce means a better quality, a better aftersell and service. So how many dealers do you have in China now? Do you have any plans to expand the dealer network in China?
所以,我们知道劳斯莱斯无论是从质量还是从服务上都是做的非常好的。我们想知道,目前在中国有多少经销商,未来会不会增加更多的经销商?
嘉宾:
Now we have 5 great dealers in China. Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hongkong. During 2008, we plan for another 3 dealers, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Hangzhou.

As believed that China is the biggest target market for many industries, because of the huge population and also the fast economic development. So I believe that maybe China is also the largest target market for Rolls-Royce. So do you have any plans for the Chinese market in the future?
中国作为全世界最大的目标消费市场,他的人群是越来越多的,而且随着中国经济的发展,人们的生活水平也是越来越高的。所以我们想知道,作为劳斯莱斯的最大目标市场,在中国您有什么样的新的计划?
嘉宾:
In the second half of this year, we’ll concentrate on Phantom Coupe, the vehicle which came to China for the first time. At that time, we will present the car in our dealer’s showroom to our customers.
在今年下半年将在中国正式发售,幻影的双门轿跑车,到时候在中国所有的经销商,他们的展厅里都会有这款车,然后展现给消费者。

The next question maybe a little interesting. So when will Rolls-Royce make car for ladies?
下面我想问一个比较有趣的话题,什么时候劳斯莱斯能生产一款女士专用车?
嘉宾:
In fact, a number of the car owners are ladies around the world. There is no plan to build specific lady’s car, but ladies are the significant customers to us.
实际上我们很多的劳斯莱斯车主在世界各地都是女士,但是现在我们没有说专门为女士推出一款车的计划,但是我们觉得女士的客户是我们非常重视的一个群体。
